Meet me

Hey there! My name is Charlotte Herring and I'm the creator of Sage Poppy Events.

I'm currently located in Charlotte, NC, but am hoping to travel all over North Carolina for events!

A few things about me: 

I am 21 years old and the oldest of 5. I grew up in Whiteville, NC, a small town near the coast. After high school, I studied Baking + Pastry arts, as well as Culinary Arts in Pinehurst, NC. During my time in school, I opened a ghost bakery called Whisk + Bean. I have always dreamed of owning a wedding venue or being a wedding planner so getting to create wedding cakes was the perfect entrance into the wedding industry. Now, here I am, ready to take a leap!
